Niyat Sahi Ho To Khata Par Bhi Pakad Nahi

Is bayan ka matlab yah hai ki agar koie shakhs kisi male ya ma'amale mein uljha hua ho aur har mumkin koshish k bawajood wah yah na jaan sake ki is bare mein haq kiya hai aur khuda w rasool kee marzee kiya hai tou niyat k sath apne jahan par zor de jidhar zahen ka jhukav ho khuda e ta'ala se khair ka talib hote hue faislae par amal kare tou agar galti par bhi hoga ajar w sawab paega misal k taur par koie shakhs jangal sehara ya samandar wagairah me kisi aisi jagah par ho jaha ise kisi zariye se yah pata na chal sake ki namaz padhne k liye Qibla ka Rukh kidhar hai zahen par zor dekar jidhar munh karke namaz padhega sahi ho jayega aur lautane ki bhi zaroorat nahi 

Hadees pak mein hai Rasool e khuda Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya 

Jab kisi faisla karne wale ne koie faisla kiya aur had bhar koshish kee agar sahi faisla kar diya tou uske liye dabal sawab hai aur agar galti kar gaya tab bhi sawab hai

Ek doosri Hadees mein hai

Rasool e pak Sallallahu ta'ala Alaihi Wasallam khandaq kee ladaee se farig hokar madeene shareef wapas hue aur khuda k hukm se yoohdiyon k qabeele ( khandan ) Banu kuraiza par hamle ka irada farmaya un logon ne jang mein ahle islam k sath gaddari aur unki jasoosi ki thi aur unhe bilkul mita dene mein koie aksar baqi nahi rakhi thi sarkar ne hukm diya asar kee namaz banuqraiza k mohalle mein jakar padhna hai sahaba kiram chal diye raste mein suraj doobne laga tou musalman do girohon mein bant gaye kuch ne yah samjha ki suraj bhale hee doob jaye lekin namaze asar Banu kuraiza mein hee padhna chahiye jaisa ki sarkar ka hukm hai aur unhone Banu kuraiza mein jakar hee suraj doobne k baad namaze asar Ada kee aur kuch ne yah khyal kiya ki sarkar ka maqsad yah nahi'n hai ki chahe namaz qaza ho jaye magar wahin jakar padho unhone raste mein padh lee niyat dono'n kee sahi thi ek ka maqsad yah tha ki sarkar ne jaisa farmaya hai bilkul Waisa hee karna chahiye unhone zahir par amal kiya aur doosre kee niyat namaz ko qaza hone se bachana tha Huzoor k pas jab muqadma aaya tou aap ne dono'n ko sahi aur duroost farmaya..

Ayesa hee ek waqya hadees mein mazkoor hai ki Sahaba-e-kiram mein se do Hazraat safar par tashreef le gaye raste mein ek jagah pani na milne kee wajah se tayammum karke namaz padhi aage bade tou pani mil gaya waqt baqi tha ek sahaba ne waju karke namaz dohrayi doosre sahaba ne nahi Wapasi mein yah qissa Huzoor k samne bayan kiya tou aapne farmaya jisne namaz nahi dohrayi usne sahi sunnat k mutabiq kaam kiya aur jisne dohrayi uske liye duna sawab hai

Is bayan se mera maqsad yah batana hai ki Allah ne islam ko kitna asaan kar diya hai beshak Allah ta'ala kisi jaan par uski taqat se zyada bojh nahi dalta aur wah parwardigar Julm w ziyadati se pak hai aur logon ne khwamokhwa we wajah deen chod diya aur Deene islam chodne wale yaqeenan azaab w saza k musthaq hain hamare is bayan se koie yah na samjh le ki ab na ulma se poochnge na kitabe dekhenge har masle mein zahen par zor dekar khud hee faisla kar lenge khyal rahe yah usi k liye hain ki jisne seekhane Sikhane aur poochne mein koie kami na ki ho aur had bhar koshish karne k baad bhi masail w ma'amalat mein sahi raah pane kee koie surat na ho aur uski niyat sahi khalis Allah hee k liye ho unke liye nahi hai jo duniyavi dhandhon k liye raat din ghoomte aur chakkar lagate hon aur kisi deeni baat ko maloom karne k liye na unke pas furs at aur na do qadam chalne kee taqat khuda e ta'ala khoob janta hai ki kis ke dil mein kiya hai aur kaun bahana baaz hai aur kaun haq ka talash karne wala 

Is bayan se hamara jo maqsad hai wah hamari pesh kee huie us Misaal se zahir hai jo qible  ( Ka'aba ) ka Rukh jisko na maloom ho sake uske bare mein hum likh chuke hai yaha'n hamne ho Ahadees naqal kee hain inse khud ko ahle Hadees kahne wale wah log bhi sabaq hasil kare jo kahte hain Charo musalle aur charon imam Hazrate Abu Haneefa ,  Imam Malik, Imam Shafai aur Imam Ahmed Bin Hanbal k mazhab ikhtilaf k bawajood kaise duroost ho gaye??
